The Total Customer Experience Training

OHHC conducted a Customer Service training session led by Ms. Rose Anne Hernandez Sentero and Mr. Joseph Patrick Lee Sentero to promote even higher standards of quality care. This training equipped OHHC staff with the skills necessary to elevate every interaction with our patients and visitors.
